Pros

Nice discount as corporate employee(both Nordstrom and Rack)/perks like sample sale Good work/life balance Commuter program

Cons

Managers are lack of basic management skills and don't provide enough support/credits on projects of less exposure. Management plays favoritism and tolerate behaviors like bully and bossing around in meetings. Also excessive reporting and documentation that slows down productivities is encouraged in order to showing "impact" to executive level.
