      Pros

      Perhaps the only 'pro' I can think of is location and the discount.

      Cons

      I too have noticed that the rating on here has gone from 1.7 to 2.2 not sure why, perhaps it's because they now have someone responding to the reviews to make it appear they're upping their game. It's still a toxic place to work and colleagues will backstabbing or throw you under the bus so that they look good! Never experienced this kind of work environment before.

      Outlook not good

      Pros

      Pay is ok. My regionals have always been good. Vacation time is good.

      Cons

      Work life balance is almost none. Constant phone calls when you're off work. Alarm calls in the middle of the night from 99% employee error. Loss prevention at Nordstrom at a store level will be eliminated within a year.

      Pros

      20% Discount at Nordstrom. That's about it.

      Cons

      High turnover rates. Extremely long and demanding hours. Horrible office space. No room for growth. Sales goals aren't realistic. Management quotes average salaries that are extremely inflated. Pay structure constantly changing in a negative direction. No support or protocols. Very clicky and can't trust colleagues. Favoritism towards top sellers.
