CONSTANT CHANGES (you can survive if you’re not stagnant and have the will to want to grow in the company) Frequent announcement of new acquisitions, however, the employees don’t know the benefits of the acquisitions for them financially or what it means to them as far as New career opportunities. HIGH TURNOVER RATE can be demoralizing to employees. MANAGERS are friends with their direct reports and leak information to their friends over drinks or other arenas about other employees. It’s mostly personal over business. LEADERS aren’t very knowledgeable about the industry which causes higher call times, employees minimally skilled also due to a poorly put together rushed training program. Majority of the current leaders aren’t problem solvers and communicate poorly mainly because when they are conveying any information it’s always scripted, they typically don’t have answers for any follow up questions.
