      Pros

      There are fairly good benefits- health plan, 401k and other nice little perks. The pay is competitive, but not quite consistent with Atlanta's pay scale

      Cons

      There was not much room for growth and exploring options in other areas of the hospital were not exactly encouraged. There was a push for growth and development of the health system but not of the individuals
