      Pros

      Yearly Raise, great comradery with most co-worker's,

      Cons

      Inconsistency with performance improvement action plans from floor to floor. Also the computerized charting system is not integrated with all departments. That in return, leads to asking the patients the same question several times. It creates a bit of aggravation on the patients part.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Most of the supervisors & doctors are good to work for. They work good with you on your schedule.

      Cons

      If you apply online for position you are pretty much appling for a position that someone in the system has already applied for. You might get an interview but it takes several months for them to get back to you, if they have a position.
