Pros
flexibility with 3 day work from office and 2 days home. That's it
Cons
Pay is low, and exceeding expectations doesn't bring any money; salary decreases year over year. They are understaffed (because they laid off a bunch of people who were doing a great job and kept only "brown noises") and overworked (some teams are completely burned out). Everybody is just trying to survive. They forced managers to use a 5-point scale for performance review, and it is mandatory that 15% of the team should underperform (which impacts your bonus and "potentially" employment) even for the teams of 2! people. Absolute nonsense. Management announced great bonuses this year, but essentially everyone was flat or down (from the worst year, btw), besides upper management, who congratulated themselves with a 50% increase in bonuses.
