Pros
Great time off - about 4 weeks for most employees. Not stressful. Great hours (8:30-5). Great work-life balance. Interesting clientele. Lots of workshops and training online. Strong balance sheet at a time when other banks are struggling. Lots of flecibility to move around the company into different roles.
Cons
The pay is pretty crappy - everyone complains about that. The databases are very complicated and difficult to use. Also, they are always crashing. Some of the division managers are just not good managers. They don't try to bring their team together at all. There is no comraderie at work. People hardly speak to each other which is strange. When I was new, no one attempted to introduce themselves to me, and my manager didn't take me around to introduce me to people. There was no welcome lunch by the team. It's just not that fun to work there.
