High over head ((i.e. too many high level managers, BD, sector positions that do not directly support a customer base, etc.) Too many 'leaders' (all drinking the muscle juice and not talking to each other) Little to no growth potential (depending were you are - on contract or support position) Compensation behind on equity adjustments (wait until people threaten to leave).
