      Get some resume fodder straight out of college, then run away asap.

      Pros

      No real expectation of work. All you really need to be is a warm body in a chair that bills eight hours a day and you will get a paycheck. Do not anticipate any career growth or mental stimulation. Get yourself a smart phone and ride it out.

      Cons

      There are many. No internet, no work, no intelligence allowed. Management doesn't know how to manage and is uncomfortable speaking with and incorporating new employees. You will never get promoted or even considered for a promotion, regardless of your quality.

      Pros

      You'll never be expected to work overtime, on weekends, or encouraged to create more efficient and innovative processes.

      Cons

      No acknowledgment or reward for hard work, work environment emphasizes the fact that employees are easily replaced (no music, internet, or personal desk decoration allowed), and upper-level management is insanely secretive about changes or new developments. This place breeds complacent, stale workers and most employees who have any sort of drive or work ethic are out of there within 1 to 2 years.
