Great friendly people, relaxed environment, flexible work hours, clean office building

Cons

You don't get much opportunities besides what you sign up for, not much title advancement other than normal to senior, no clear indication of raises, may or may not be a sinking ship

I truly enjoy the small company environment. Your voice is heard and the ability to contribute is fantastic.

Cons

Small companies traditionally struggle with career advancement and this one is no different. Employees are promoted and recognized in other ways.

Slow paced environment. Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Everyone that works here has never worked anywhere else. Pay is extremely low for the area. They almost have their own language and anyone that isn't part of the A-team gets ignored. Benefits are absolutely TERRIBLE! They are extremely hostile to people with disabilities.
