Pros

Very flexible and willing to work with employees to the benefit of both parties. Flexible on work hours. Opportunities for lateral advancement to other engineering departments. Great exposure to the utilities automation industry with a growing company.

Cons

Very limited room for advancement. Sub-competitive salaries along with a significantly disorganized management (at least in the systems engineering department).

- Management on-site was easy to talk to. - Enjoyable work area, friendly people - Pretty flexible in regards to work schedule

Cons

- For a tech company, their software standards and general understanding of technology were a little behind the times - Leadership on some projects was subpar to where employees were left to their own devices
