A laid back atmosphere.

Cons

They promise so much yet deliver so little for employees. The pay is below industry average. A few managers have belittled employees. There's a major lack of professionalism by a few managers in the back as apparent with their childish games and behavior. Bringing up issues to managers tends to go in one ear and out the other.

Good Company with some growing pains

Pros

Very flexible and willing to work with employees to the benefit of both parties. Flexible on work hours. Opportunities for lateral advancement to other engineering departments. Great exposure to the utilities automation industry with a growing company.

Cons

Very limited room for advancement. Sub-competitive salaries along with a significantly disorganized management (at least in the systems engineering department).
