- Management on-site was easy to talk to. - Enjoyable work area, friendly people - Pretty flexible in regards to work schedule

Cons

- For a tech company, their software standards and general understanding of technology were a little behind the times - Leadership on some projects was subpar to where employees were left to their own devices

-No potential for growth -Annual raises were meh -Management is not too open to new ideas/process improvements when it comes from the bottom of the hierarchy. It kinda has to come from the top
