Novarad is constantly developing new ways to enhance image capture and retrieval. Their Open Sight and Crypto Chart features are innovative cutting-edge technologies, as examples. They also are always working to improve employee relations, and reward employee performance.

Benefits are competitive, and could be better with some improvements.
