We are disappointed to hear about your experience considering what we are doing to drive a culture of accountability among our managers, as well as the many investments we have made in our employees. Our Numotion Employee Opinion Survey, annual Leadership Net Promoter Score survey, regular town hall meetings led by members of our entire senior leadership team, and broad messaging about the availability of our confidential reporting hotline are all specifically designed to solicit and address this kind of feedback. Numotion is committed to creating an environment of compliance and integrity where our employees feel respected and valued. To model this on a daily basis, we provide our employees with multiple avenues to report any concerns they have, including to their managers, their compliance officer, HR, or through an anonymous hotline or website if they choose and we follow up, investigating all concern reports. Regarding pay, we make it a priority to align roles and responsibilities with local geographical pay ranges to ensure our employees are paid fairly. We are sorry to hear that you felt the training you received was inadequate. A training program was recently launched across the organization that provides employees with tools for success, advancement, and growth. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve.
