      Pros

      Great company with a great mission. Management has gotten better from what I have heard. The company truly cares about it's employees and always puts them first. Fun and fulfilling place to work!

      Cons

      Management was not good in my department when I was there but it has been fixed. Nothing to worry about.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for! The culture is what makes this company so much fun to be a part of. They are really big in to giving back to the community, which I love! I really feel like I am making an impact with the work I am doing. The group of individuals I work with are truly amazing! We all help each other in any way we can. They offer a flexible schedule - as long as you get your work done, they allow you to do what fits best into your schedule (as long as it is within reason). It is a very laid back office setting.

      Cons

      This is a very fast paced environment that can require long hours periodically. There are a few individuals who have entitlement issues and think they run the place and nothing is done to resolve the issue. Poor performing team members are not dealt with properly while those who are hard working are not rewarded for their efforts. There is not a clear path for growth/advancement.
