      Pros

      Our location and benefits are outstanding, The location is expensive but great people and scenery. Very helpful people in our financial and purchasing departments.

      Cons

      Poor pay, some unethical practices, worst safety of any company that I have ever worked at,and no black or brown employees representation at corporate based executive , VP, or Director positions. Health and environmental lacks a true experienced leader and it shows though training falls under her and the trainer in Calgary carries the load though she gets frustrated at time with the lack of leadership knowledge and support.
