      Pros

      Nuvei is a genuinely collaborative company where people care about doing great work together. The culture emphasizes respect, teamwork, and balance. It’s rare to find a global fintech where work/life balance is actually supported, but Nuvei manages to do that well. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and it’s not unusual to have direct access to executives who are open to new ideas and feedback.

      Cons

      Like many growing companies, Nuvei is evolving quickly, and that can mean shifting priorities and occasional ambiguity. Some processes could be more streamlined, and cross-functional alignment is still a work in progress. Career development frameworks are improving, but more structure would help people see clear growth paths.

      Pros

      A financially solid global company with over 2,000 employees, recognized as a leader in its industry. Despite its scale, the company has successfully preserved its startup culture characterized by a flat organizational structure, highly accessible leadership, absence of office politics, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Flexible hybrid working.

      Cons

      Not the best fit if you prefer structured processes, a bureaucratic environment, slower decision-making, and poorly defined accountability.
