      Disappointing compensation policies

      Pros

      Flexible/hybrid model: I work from home while the office is in other city, which provides me convenience and saves me commuting time.

      Cons

      Salary increase was very low and not in line with market standards. Benefits are minimal: for example the sports membership is only available in one location, which is not practical for employees living in other cities.

      Challenging times with uncertainty ahead

      Supportive colleagues and collaborative teams. Some flexibility in work arrangements(hybrid model).

      Cons

      Annual raises are disappointing and do not reflect performance or inflation. Lack of transparency from management, especially during and after the buyout. Morale is low due to uncertainty about the company’s direction Career growth and recognition looks limited
