      Toxic culture, favoritism and unfair salaries

      Three years ago was a decent company.

      Cons

      · Toxic Management: Leadership in the Cyprus office fostered a hostile environment. Managers played favorites, promoted friends regardless of merit, and dismissed employees contributions. · Unfair Compensation: Junior roles were severely underpaid compared to market rates, while senior employees (especially those close to management) enjoyed inflated salaries and benefits. No transparency in raises or promotions. · No Growth for Outsiders: Hard work went unrecognized unless you were part of the "inner circle." · High Stress: culture of blame rather than support.
