      Pros

      An individual has the opportunity to share ideas and impact the success of the company. Those ideas can be implemented pretty quickly to make lasting impact. There is also a small company feel, while incredible growth is occurring.

      Cons

      Growing quickly and we need more employees with expertise to help with growing pains.

      Decent call center to work for

      Pros

      The benefits are very good. I had a plan with Aetna that was very affordable. At my new job, I had to opt out of their benefits as it cost way too much. The pay is also good for a call center. They will promote certain people, but many get strung along for a few months waiting for confirmation. This could be a pro if they like you.

      Cons

      Typical call center issues. You will be explaining to the scheduler how many minutes you were in the bathroom and trying to figure out times down to the minute. You're not allowed to give certain information over the phone, which most people don't like. Customers often get screwed into having to buy replacement equipment due to silly reasons, so it doesn't feel like an honest job. But what can you expect, most people aren't calling to tell you that you're making them happy.

      Pivotal Payments has been a pioneer in the payments industry for more than 13 years now and we've never looked back. It's a fast-paced, innovative, and fun place to work. People here genuinely care about each other and our customers.

      Cons

      Growing quickly has its challenges, and Pivotal is not immune. That being said, departments work together to quickly resolve issues. It is a very collaborative environment and everyone is looking out for each other, our company and our customers.
