In short, if you perform you will be recognized and given opportunities that highlight your skill sets. I also, enjoy the work culture, the leadership team, listens to the employees suggestion and implements these suggestion when they make business sense. The salary here is very comparable and good incentives.

After 5 years with Pivotal, I still hop out of bed when that alarm goes off and I look forward to my work day because of my coworkers, management team and dedication to supporting such a great group of individuals. I feel my voice is heard and management recognizes the efforts and commitments of employees toward clients and coworkers, which is important. Pivotal is a very welcoming environment and employees are vested and truly care about each another and the success of the company . Collaboration is company wide. Pivotal employees work hard and play hard with fun corporate activities such as monthly celebrations like Anniversaries ( Catered Muffin Mornings), Birthday Celebrations, fun social events through the year, take your kids to work day, holiday events, NFL kick off days , Giving Back to the community and more.
