Pros
Smooth employment process and good pay
Cons
Horrible management style and work life balance. There are 3 rotating shift (10pm -6am, 6am -2pm and 3-11pm ) during the employment process you will be informed that the shifts changes every 3 weeks but that is not the case after employment. You can be on morning and afternoon shift within a week and this is mentally draining and unhealthy. The company does not have a designated real time analyst department. The team lead decides the shift and favoritism is the order of the day. There is no form of support from the management as well. You message your team lead and it takes 2 days to respond and you are expected to ask your team mates for help/information and sometimes they see it as a burden. When you make mistakes rather than support from the managers you get threatened to loose your job. The training method is also nothing to write home about. It’s so not a healthy place to work if you value your mental health.
