      Values their employees - I definitely feel appreciated Great benefits - has annual budget for Professional Development, Health & Wellness, and Technology. 401k match can be up to 10%. Offers volunteer hours, fully paid parental leave, bereavement leave, jury duty leave Very generous referral bonus program Very pro work/life balance I work from home which gives me great flexibility with hours

      Cons

      Operations department is small so everyone wears multiple hats. Not necessarily a bad thing. It keeps everyone busy.

      Pros

      Nyla tries to go above and beyond to show every employee they are appreciated. The company is very transparent with what's currently going on and what's down the road. Executives are very accessible to the whole team as well.

      Cons

      As a small company, few people have to wear may hats at times.

      Pros

      The CEO has a strong vision for the company and really cares about the company culture. The executive team is extremely friendly and accessible. Nyla offers great benefits, including paid parental leave, volunteer hours, professional development, technology fund, 10% match on 401K, and more. Finally, all of the Nyla employees I've personally worked with on contract have been top notch: knowledgeable, great attitude, and a willingness to learn!

      Cons

      Nyla's pay schedule doesn't match up with the customer's, so sometimes timesheets are a pain, but that's hardly a con.
