Pros
There is a lot of happy people working there. Its a fun and exciting company if you really enjoy the automotive industry. They make understanding the complex automotive systems simple for people who might not be as knowledgeable. If you have the rite Store Manager in place, it will be a great place to work. As with the majority of retail careers, leadership can make or break a store.
Cons
If they have decided they don't want you anymore, the corporate offices will team up with district managers to do everything they can to make your career unpleasant. I understand with some people they do this as a result of poor performance, but more often than not its due to aspects that shouldn't make a difference. Recently they brought a "star" sales person into a store, who got repeatedly out sold by an existing team member. So they fired him, and had to create multiple stories as they kept coming up short on their proof for termination. Do your research before joining the O'reilly team, you will discover many stories of them trying their best to fire team members who are preforming at or above expectation.
