We have a manager that does not care about the store or workers. He only reflects on things that makes him look good. We cannot keep employees because of him. They get no training, only what it takes to get hired! They have no schedule! Makes it to fit when he wants to work. I have been working for the company 10 years. I make $4.00 more than when i started. I am a merchandiser. I open the store when the manager calls me at 5:00 AM. I am a counter person, do returns, stock lifts recalls, clean the bathrooms, i do whatever needs to be done . I take pride in my job and wont to have the best looking store in my district. I care about my fellow team workers. TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK! When it is done.
