Pros

Corporate business model is profitable and ethical. Employee discount is great. Promotion potential is great until you make manager, then it stops.

Cons

Salaried staff are overworked and unappreciated. Benefit package is expensive and lacking, pay is behind competition. Regional management is not on track with corporate and usually does not keep managers informed.
