Business Outlook
Pros
I have an opportunity to grow with the business. There are times when we need to work our tails off to get things done. Those times have allowed me to grow my skills and build my future either here or elsewhere in my career. We see a variety of different projects with a different level of skills required to complete the task.
Cons
I do not always have the have an opportunity to focus on my job. I end up having to do several functions within production that are not my favorite roles to fill.
