      Some people care about what they're doing

      There's so much going on at this company and the communication between the departments are horrible. You definitely will not get a work life balance working here and are overworked in various ways with bad pay. Everything seems good initially but once you've been there for over a year, you see the real side to everything.

      Pros

      Nice facilities, some nice people, a few perks here and there but that is about it.

      Cons

      Terrible place to be in and severe nepotism. People are hired and fired due to who they are related to or who they are friends with NOT capabilities. This was also the lowest paying sales job I've ever experienced by any standard. Always hiring due to the ridiculous turnover rate and low employee satisfaction. All in all, the company offers very little to people that are talented and skilled but that are not interested in entering into the circle of friendship.
