      Some of the products are good and got to have the for free

      No structure at all. The company is micromanaged by incompetent people full of themselves.

      Pros

      Really not any pros to working here unless you are in the Houston area. If you live elsewhere you are treated terribly.

      Cons

      They have written the book on micro management! It seems to be the goal of management to find ways of not paying you what is earned. They keep finding new ways to make doing your job more inefficient and difficult. Management, doesn’t understand simple math and how to realistically forecast so when the numbers come up short, they blame the sales staff and do things to impede achieving the unrealistic goals.
