      Pros

      They paid for insurance when I was employed, but pay is low.

      Cons

      No consideration for your life outside of the job. Your only concern should be your job. Many employees were constantly worried they would be fired at the drop of a hat. Rude upper management.

      Pros

      OCuSOFT is a wonderful place to work and grow professionally. For those who are willing to work an honest day for an honest wage this is a great company. As one reads the comments on Glass Door it becomes very obvious that each of the negative reviews sound very similar.... Hmmmm, sounds to me like a disgruntled former employee that more likely than not, was let go for poor performance, writing malicious fiction instead of getting on with their life. The fact is OCuSOFT has been named to the Top 100 Workplaces for 5 consecutive years.

      Cons

      Unlike many pharmaceutical companies, to excel with OCuSOFT you have to actually work. If you have a good work ethic then this is not a negative. If you like to work 11-2, then OCuSOFT is not for you.

      Pros

      The company has great products and is in the midst of doing some things that are new in the eye care industry. The industry is great and doctor’s respond really well to our products. The job is a challenge but you can really see the results of the hard work in your territory, both in terms of customer reaction and compensation.

      Cons

      We have a lot of products and they can be somewhat difficult to balance. There is a learning curve involved but if you work hard the company is very supportive and patient.
