      Pros

      Ocusoft treat of their employees great. We all are one bug family. We are given great benifits, healthcare, 401k, etc. There is a gym onsite that is 100% free. Also there is a great cafeteria, that gives us the option to stay in for lunch. We have fun events all year long for the employees & our family. Hands down the best company to work for.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. I feel valued and heard. There is a food court that serves food daily, a free gym and personal trainer, and tons of fun events for employees year-round. My co-workers are a diverse, kind-hearted bunch of individuals. The owner of the company has a heart of goal and is always looking for ways to improve on what she has built. Very involved with the community and charitable events.

      Pros

      Great benefits, company is eager to help with your success, training over products is detailed and interesting, no manager hovering over you. You are your own manager. Salary pay! Work iPad and iPhone provided for job.

      Cons

      Extensive travel-you use your own car and sometimes the territory could be about 2 hours away. They let you stay in a hotel only if it’s absolutely necessary. Bonuses are paid only every quarter (3 months) and they are kind of hard to hit.
