      Nightmare, for anyone other than a kid straight out of college.

      Pros

      It is a start for recent college grads. Get two years experience under your belt with OCuSOFT and get out.

      Cons

      No personal life. No ability to set or maintain a schedule. Constant change and turnover. Excessive travel is dictated and never asked or discussed with reps.
