      Products are always on backorder!!!

      Pros

      No "Pros" to speak of with the company.

      Cons

      Goals are based on multi product categories, making it impossible for sales reps to hit goals and receive commission. It's not the sales reps problem that products continually go on backorder! Stop always adding new products to the bag and concentrate on your core products that made you successful and you wouldn't have this issue.

      Pros

      OCuSOFT is family oriented and everyone is treated as part of an extended family. We have monthly meetings held by the CEO and everyone is updated as to the status of the company, i.e., financial, meetings, new products, etc. We have Team parties each month, Christmas Santa Closet, Halloween dress-up, a fitness center, and a 9 hole golf course, plus too many more perks to mention.

      Pros

      They offer Great Training and continuing education about the industry and competitors. They have\ a great team to work with and alot of support to help you as an individual to be successful.

      Cons

      We have pretty big territories to cover. Sometimes it's hard to be consistent with your doctors when you have so many cities to visit.
