      Work environment is purely toxic

      Pros

      The company offers good benefits and acceptable pay.

      Cons

      But the acceptable pay and good benefits aren't worth enduring the toxicity in this company's work environment. Although the management offers fair compensation, its exception from the employees do not match this. The managers demand too much yet provide little time for us to accomplish things. They are also very inconsistent when it comes to providing instructions, and the employees are the ones who get reprimanded for making mistakes.

      They have a decent 401k match.

      Cons

      Has developed into a highly toxic workplace. Pay is below average for the industry. Nothing is consistent and senior management operates according to its own set of guidelines. Lack of appreciation for dedication to the company and hard work. Favoritism and nepotism are obvious. There is no room for advancement. Not rewarded for hard work at all, zero increase in salary. Harder I work the more work I get with no recognition. It is about who you know in the company not your performance.

      Management sucks; hours are long (10 hour days); don’t care if you have a family; goals are unrealistic.
