Pros

There are some great people to talk to and most are friendly. They give out ice cream when it's hot and have family events which are great. They are willing to listen to worker opinions. They have activities outside of work such as a softball team. There are opportunities to work the shift you prefer.

Cons

It's difficult to rise up because sometimes people who get promoted do so because they cannot work well in a line. Some promotions are given because of reasons other than being a qualified candidate and that's quite unfair. Some lines are not well organized and have bad coordinators, but they still don't get replaced. Sometimes management says they will listen to worker concerns, but don't follow through with promises.

Pros

The work is steady to get you through the day. Hired people from all backgrounds, races, gender identities, etc...

Cons

-Low pay -Tend to work overtime (if you leave on time they will call you saying you didn't finish) -was only given 5 days PTO which included sick days -when they fired me they waited until the end of the day while I was in my car and called me back in -after I was fired they told me I was not ALLOWED to apply for unemployment. I am legally allowed to apply for unemployment, me getting it is a different question.

Pros

I work with amazing, talented people in a position that allows me to work creatively. My concerns are taken seriously when I raise them with management. Extremely good benefits. I always feel like the company genuinely cares about me as a professional and an individual.

Cons

Long commute, office staff needs more diversity of ages and backgrounds.
