Culture is very bad, the people at the top are very toxic, a lot of higher up people don’t have a clue what they are doing, the company makes bizarre decisions regularly The company owner is treated like a god

Pros

Above average fringe benefits, decently stocked pantry, informal dress code.

Cons

Putting people in places where they are either not or never ready for the role. Managers who are egoistic, micro-manager, sucky communicator, lack of EQ and awareness. To top it off, finance knowledge and team management skills leaves much to be desired.
