      Competitive Pay 20 FoodPanda lunch (12-3pm), 25 FoodPanda dinner (7pm), 50 OT Grab home (9pm) 1050 Fitness fund 1400 Learning fund No such thing as "no work to do"

      Cons

      No WFH Some teams OT a lot and I mean A LOT Office literally got no space and no desk for new hires Still no WFH policy despite no space, people sitting in random places in office just to work lol Only can promote upon amazing performance Pay increase ONLY on promotion My team has low manpower & increased workload, & then I get laid off lol High attrition rate, seems like people come and go VERY often, willingly or unwillingly Almost no role transfers ever

      Pros

      Ok pay but once market picks up, expect high number of people leaving due to poor management and working culture. Snacks are available. Food coupons for lunch. Dinner coupons for those who overtime.

      Cons

      Terrible work culture with clueless management who only care about making employees work overtime constantly. Turnover is insanely high, layoffs happen twice a year, and the whole place runs on fear and toxic leadership. Just search for similar reviews—you’ll find plenty, mixed in with fake positive ones written by HR. Senior management has been here since the company was small, and now it’s just incompetence running the show. Don’t waste your time joining—I’m actively trying to leave, but it’s tough to schedule interviews with the mandatory in-office overtime. Working to midnight isn’t uncommon here.

      Pros

      good benefits including both lunch/dinner/insurance/learning &fitness fund

      Cons

      long working hours with little impact; culture differs team to team but can't runaway from dictatorship many high paying management with little output. many low paying investing hours to feed baseless curiousity
