Pay is good, Prizes are Good, Culture sucks.

Cons

What kind of company hires people in permanent role and don't give them opportunities/tools to work and fire them ? What will he go out and explain about his role at the company? Better don't recruit , or make your policies straight. They often use language as a communication barrier, withholding of information to share from product to engineers?
