Overall, it's a great place to work with supportive colleagues and a culture that fosters professional and personal growth.

Cons

As a large international company, communication between departments could be improved. Bureaucracy (SoPs) is not easy for a new comer to adapt quickly but they provide you the time and support as much as you need.
