      Pros

      Local management truly recognizes individual performance and encourages personal development. The high-intensity workload provided many opportunities to grow, particularly in risk, compliance, and operations. There’s strong support for developing new skills and processes, enabling employees to enhance their capabilities.

      Cons

      Despite exceeding my role’s expectations, extra efforts beyond my core responsibilities are not adequately rewarded by senior management. The disconnect between regional market conditions and decisions made by senior management can make it difficult to fully understand and address local challenges. There is a sense that the "Do the right thing!" ethos is not consistently recognized with appropriate incentives.

      Pros

      The team is highly collaborative and supportive, with a focus on open communication. Everyone is approachable, and there's a genuine sense of camaraderie. Company events and initiatives for team bonding are regularly organized, making it a friendly work environment. The scope of work is broad, really exciting and challenging. The company encourages continuous learning, with access to online courses and training. The onboarding process was smooth and well-organised. There’s also buddy system in place.

      Cons

      Less cross-department interaction hence less knowledge about other departments tasks. The working environment is super fast - fast pace environment sometimes can be overwhelming. Other than that, advancement opportunities are limited.
