      Cons: 1. Micromanagement – Employees must log even short 15-minute breaks and meal breaks. 2. Excessive Communication Channels – Too many Messenger groups with different policies and purposes, making it overwhelming. 3. Constant Policy Changes – Policies and workflows change weekly, requiring employees (especially those on leave) to stay updated constantly. 4. Broken WFH Promise – Initially promised two days of WFH, but later revoked for all except team leads. 5. Poor Communication – Team leads are often unresponsive, leading to confusion and lack of direction. 6. Lack of Work-Life Balance – Heavy workload with minimal flexibility. 7.
