Pros

The Malaysia working environment is super nice and comfy, the colleague is super friendly. Everything is following the procedure and workflow, which is very nice. Admin and HR response speed are very fast. My manager was also really supportive.

Cons

Annual leave needs to earn and spend, which is harder to plan leave ahead.
