The people are all so great to work with, and not just in my department, but across all departments. The work is also very interesting, and I learn something new each day.

Cons

OKEngine. It glitches and it's not intuitive Hours are mainly good, but, when it's busy, we're BUSY.

1. Accessible leadership, clear vision 2. Action oriented mindset across the company 3. Budget of a major brand and agility of a startup 4. Lots of room to grow and put a stake in the ground 5. Lots of opportunities to be a thinker and doer both

Cons

1. Working across multiple timezones can be challenging 2. An output + delivery driven mindset isn’t for everyone 3. Work-life balance can be problematic but as long as you can draw boundaries that work for you, you’ll be good

Pros

A lot of young and talented coworkers. Love the industry, it's vibrant and refreshing. The HR team is very considerate and there are a lot of benefits and team gatherings.

Cons

The company has a startup culture and moves very fast. So work-life balance and dealing with time-zone differences can be a big challenge.
