Pros

Excellent benefits with allowances for meals, fitness and learning opportunities. Frequent team building opportunities and office-wide events, which promotes a culture of work hard, play hard.

Cons

As much as the company is pushing for a globalised working environment with English as the main language for communication, a bilingual approach with Mandarin Chinese is still very much required on a day to day basis (could be difficult for non-native speakers).
