Free lunch - only in the office to ensure you come to the office Free dinner after 7pm - only in the office to ensure you are in the office if you stay back Designated desk (not free seated) - in the office to see whether you are in the office or not You are able to access to emails, messaging, documents via your phone - to ensure that you are contactable even after working hours when you are not in the office.

Cons

Ironically a modern crypto company but old school culture. The benefits given have its rationale behind.
