Pros

Loved the Grab allowance for going to office (RTO = Return to office) and have good shift allowance as well (RM20 per noon, RM60 per night shift) It is in my dream location as well, in TRX Exchange, which is near to my house.

Cons

No opportunity for internal transfer to Singapore Office. Singapore Office has more exciting vacancies.
