Generous amount of benefits Nice office Good salary Not afraid to spend money for improvement

Cons

Language, you wont survive if you dont know chinese. Seniors are extremely jealous of new high performers. Duration is the main requirement for promotion, even if you perform the best you will not be promoted if you are not among the staff who work the longest.
