      -Global office with global presence with professional teams -Good benefits and compensation -Put Compliance first, safe and steady -Stable upper management -Relatively clear vision and more open culture to share frequently

      Cons

      -Might expect rapid change and need to adjust quickly. -Competitive environment but push people to grow, some slightly inbalance of work and life but over all it's manageable.

The team is supportive and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on diversity and well-documented processes, though micromanagement can sometimes be an issue. 2.The role offers variety and opportunities to take on new responsibilities, with clear expectations, but KPIs and QA expectations can occasionally conflict, and there’s no work-from-home option unless with certain conditions. 3. There are good opportunities for professional development in day-to-day tasks, but career growth is somewhat limited, especially in the local office. 4. Global leadership provides clear direction, but local leadership’s communication could be improved, and not all managers are as accessible or open to feedback. 5. The onboarding process was smooth, well-organized, and provided excellent support, with clear guidance on role responsibilities.

      1. Micromanagement exists in certain areas, reducing autonomy. 2. Contradictory KPIs and QA expectations create confusion, and there are no work-from-home options. 3. Career advancement is limited locally, with fewer growth opportunities in the MY office. 4. Communication from local leadership could be more effective and transparent.
