- Performance-based, hence the company recognizes efforts as well as reward results. - Very supportive and understanding managers, who encourage initiatives, and provide opportunities.

Cons

- Fully on-site work arrangement - That said, different departments practice sensible flexibility regarding special circumstances. Hence it's not a major issue. On-site arrangement even encourages efficient resolution and cross-departmental communications.

I’ve felt supported by management and my peers. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment, which makes it easy to feel like part of a team working toward shared goals. Team leader and manager are always there to help.

Cons

Processes can feel a bit disorganized as the company scales, but leadership is actively working on addressing these areas to improve efficiency.
